The Planning, Design, and Construction Office is responsible for park and facility planning and design. They are also responsible for: - Recreation & Parks Comprehensive Master Plan Development

- Design and Construction Document Preparation
- Construction Administration and Observation
- Property Management
- Greenways and Multi-Use Trail Planning and Development.
